Sole Source. The United States Army Contracting AgencySouthern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with PCB Piezotronics, 3425 Walden Avenue, Depew , NY 14043-2495. This contract will be for the procurement of blast pressure pencil probes and pressure transducers to fit a shock tube system, which has predrilled ports to fit PCB Piezotronics pressure sensors currently in use at YPG. Award of this req uirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
