The Naval Research Laboratory intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competitive basis with Polytec for a scanning Laser Doppler vibrometer with a capability to measure out-of-plane velocity amplitude of up to 10 m/s in magnitude, over a frequency range from DC to 1.5 MHz, and with a spatial coverage of +/- 20 degrees in both the vertical and horizontal planes.
