The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Boise, ID (VAMC) has an ongoing program to furnish ophthalmic lenses to those veterans that require them and are eligible for assistance. It is VA's intention to solicit proposals and award multiple contracts on a competitive basis. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment and transportation required to provide plastic ophthalmic lenses for beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Administration, VISN 20 Optical Fabrication Laboratory. The estimated requirements are for the period of March 1, 2007 (or date of award) through February 28, 2007 with two (2) one-year options to renew. Unit price to be all inclusive and incorporated FOB Destination shipping. Documents will be available for download on or about December 1, 2006.
