This requirement is sole sourced to: Cloud Cap Technology, 2621 Wasco Street, Hood River, OR 97031 as they have proprietary ownership of the autopilot software which has been integrated into the interfaces that are owned by the government. Any firms believing that they can provide the Piccolo II system may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship.
