NAICS Code: 334516 The US EPA/OCEFT National Enforcement Investigations Center (NEIC), under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Rules (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to issue a limited source purchase order to PerkinElmer of Shelton, CT for a PerkinElmerSpeciation Kit with HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), associated accessories and (12) months of maintenance. The justification is as follows. NEIC requires equipment to provide highly sensitive, metal analysis for the purpose of metals speciation. The PerkinElmer HPLC system integrates with the PerkinElmer Elan DRC II ICP-MS system for speciation metals analysis. The PerkinElmer HPLC system is designed to interface and coordinate with the PerkinElmer Elan DRC II ICP-MS which NEIC already possesses. No other HPLC will integrate with a PerkinElmer ICP-MS as well as a PerkinElmer HPLC. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE IS AVAILABLE.
