Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Satlantic for the office of Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory located in Seattle, WA. Purpose of proposed contract is for purchase of MBARI-ISUS Nitrate Analyzer. The MBARI-ISUS is a chemical free nitrate sensor with complimentary data collection software, it is a novel optical approach to measure nitrate concentration in situ in a wide range oceanographic and fresh water applications. The ISUS nitrate analyzer uses UV absorption spectroscopy to measure nitrate without regents or manipulation of the water sample. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $50,000.00.
