Notification is provided of the intention of the U.S. Army / Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) / Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) to issue one sole source award for a firm fixed priced simplified acquisition procurement delivery order to Thermo Fischer Scientific located in West Palm Beach, Florida under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
