The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Oregon Water Science Center, has a requirement for Qty. (1) Norbit multi-beam echo sounder. The Government intends to negotiate on a noncompetitive basis with Seahorse Geomatics, the only U.S. reseller of for the Norbit iWBMSc complete sonar/inertial navigation system (INS) survey kit, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) and the procedures of FAR Part 12, entitled, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
