Sources Sought Notice Solicitation Number: Reference Number (NHLBI-PB-AR-2006-248/BNJ) The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is conducting a market survey in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 7.303), http://www.acqnet.gov/far to determine the availability and technical capability of contractors to provide the brand name or equivalent items and/or equipment. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals (RFP) and submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
