Solicitation Number W31P4Q-09-Q-0017 is being issued as a request for quote; however, the US Army Aviation and Missile Command intends to issues a sole source award to Panasonic Industrial Company, at 2 Panasonic Way 7E6, Secaucus, NJ 07094, for the purchase of Maintenance services of Government-owned Panasonic Thermoluminescent Dosimetry (TLD) System. Period of performance is May1, 2009 through April 30, 2010.

The provisions of FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52-212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252-232-7003, 252-212-7001 applies to this solicitation. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) in accordance with DFARS 252.232-7003.
