Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential offerors capable of providing Allegra X-30R Centrifuge, 120V, 60HZ with Accessories. These are for the Lebanon VA Medical Center in Lebanon, PA 17042. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility to provide the principal components of supplies listed in the attached document. Responses should include the following information: Verify that the business is under 333999 of the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS), Verification of Size Standard under the NAICS, Business name, address, Point of Contact, Federal Supply Schedule, and if the business has verification as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or Veteran Owned Small Business. Statement of Need Lebanon VA Medical Center Title of Project: Lebanon - Allegra X-30R Centrifuge, 120V, 60HZ with Accessories Scope of Work: The vendor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this Statement of Need (SON), except as may otherwise be specified. Contractor shall provide two (2) Allegra X-30R Centrifuge, 120V, 60HZ with Accessories and coordinate delivery within 30-days of contract award with the POC. Performance Period: Delivery shall be coordinated with the COR within 30 days of contract award. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price General Requirement The Lebanon VA Medical Center s has a need for two (2) Allegra X-30R Centrifuge, 120V, 60HZ with Accessories to replace the Lifecycle equipment Lab. The Allegra X-30R Centrifuge spins down the blood after drawn for preparation to be sent to the Lab in Lebanon to be processed. Currently the Allegra 22R Centrifuge needs replaced because it is showing an error of overheating and must set to cool off.
