The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity intends to modify an existing sole source contract for the procurement of ND10 Devices which was awarded to PowderMed Vaccines, LTD, 4 Robert Robinson Avenue, The Oxford Science Park, Oxford OX4 4GA. The Government believes that PowderMed is the only organization that covers the acquisition of services for manufacturing of the DNA vaccine for the Hantaan Virus and Puumala Virus and the rights to the gene gun technology. A modification is necessary to accommodate additional stability testing for HTNV and PUUV clinical batches to 18 and 24 months.
