The U.S. Army Research Acquisition Activity intends to award to PowderMed Vaccines, LTD, 4 Robert Robinson Avenue, The Oxford Science Park, Oxford OX4 4GA, a contract for the procurement of ND10 Devices. The Government believes that PowderMed is the only organization that covers the acquisition of services for manufacturing of the DNA vaccine for the Hantaan Virus and Puumala Virus and the rights to the gene gun technology. This sysnopsis is not considered an RFQ/RFP. No solicitation document is av ailable and telephone requests will not be honored.
