U.S Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity intends to award to PowerMed Vaccine a Purchase Order for the procurement of ND10 Devices. The Government believes that PowerMed is the only organization that covers the acquisition of services for manu facturing of the DNA vaccine for Hantaan Virus and the rights to the gene gun technology. This synposis is not considered an RFQ/RFP. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Interested parties may submit their de tailed capabilities to include descriptive literature of their product that will be compatible with the PowerMed products and past performances information showing that their product has been used in this capacity.
