This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a requirements package will be issued on request. The reference number for this acquisition is FM285562620130. The solicitation document and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12 (4 Aug 2006) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change notice 20060814. It is the Offeror?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334513 with a small business size standard: 500 employees. The government intends to issue a purchase order for the following items: 1 each Ion Chromatograph, Stock Number: 6630L000015 with the following requirements: Capability to perform dual analyses simultaneously; Modular design with dual pumps; Both Variable Wavelength and Conductivity Detectors with specifications meeting those attached; Eluent Generator; COMPLETE AUTOMATION. All components must be recognized, configured, and controlled through a software application; Ability to generate a ?Batch? results report with all required information for importing in to a LIMS system; Autosampler capable of simultaneous or sequential sample delivery; Dual, gradient/gradient with degas pump; Precisely controlled thermal compartment. The solution needs to use Chromeleon software or software similar to Chromeleon. If software is not Chromeleon or similar to Chromeleon, training may need to be provided.
