The camera detector system includes the following Andor components: (1) part #DU-897D-CSO-#BV, description 512x512,16um, EMCCD,BV,10MHz,-100C 14-bit ADC for 1,3, 5 & 10MHz. (2) part # CCI-22, RISC Micro controller 16-bit A/D converter, 12C bus TTI inputs and outputs, (3) part #IQ Core, IQ Core software, (4) part # OE-OSP2, Opto-Split II image splitter (5) part #SE-P-290/000, Emission/Excitation filter cube for 25mm filters to be used in Optosplit II, (6) with one (1) a year warranty parts and labor after installation of the product.
The brand name determination is based upon the Governmentâs requirements of a camera system that is sensitive and stable in low light imaging, and is compatible to an existing TIRF microscopy system. The Andor Technology DU-897D-CSO-#BV is the only known system that meets the Governmentâs minimum needs.

This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures.
