The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute intend to purchase the BioVision Technologies Imaging Analysis System brand name or equivalent with the following specifications: (1) Product ID IPLab Mac Xtra, allows one (1) additional simultaneous user of IPLab for Mac v3.5 image processing and analysis software, includes 3D extension, (2) Product ID LU6-7-25mm, Ludl Mac 5000 6 position filter wheel/shutter in a 7 inch controller, includes cables and mounting flanges, (3) Product ID EM7-25mm, Ludl Mac 5000 6 position emission filter wheel, includes cables and mounting flanges, (4) Product ID CHR33 Filter Set, Fluorescence microscopy filters, includes sbx and sbm filters for DAPL, FITC, TxRed/TRITC/Cy3 and Cy5; multiband emitter and 2 beam splitters, (5) Product ID Coolsnap-HQ, roper Scientific Cooled CCD Digital Camera (Grade 0), includes cooling to -30C, 20MHz readout, 6.45 um pixels, 1300 x 1030 array, Grade 0 chip, RS170 and digital out, 12 bit digitizer, TTL/Opulse, C-mount, PVCAM2 compatible, (6) Product ID RGB-U, Universal RGB liquid crystal filter for color imaging with Keyspan, (7) Product ID G4, Macintosh G4 computer with 22" flat panel display. 867 MHz with 60GB hard drive, CD-RW and DVD-RW, 1152MB RAM, Ethernet, includes free printer, (8) Product IZD Initial Install/Training, Initial installation and training of all BioVision components. Custom macro writing for application specific routines. The Government intend to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with Offerors providing the requested product. Therefore, the initial offer should contain the offeror=s best terms from a technical and price standpoint. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 334516 and the Size Standard is 500 employees for this requirement. The small business set-aside has been lifted for this requirement. This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures.
