The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Satlantic, Inc., Halifax, Nova Scotia, CA under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for one (1) each Radiometer, HyperSpectral Profiler II, dual mode in accordance with the Salient Characteristics. The anticipated contract value is estimated at $58,125.00. This action is unrestricted and will be conducted orally in accordance with FAR 12 and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. NAICS 334511 with business size of 750 employees applies.
