Plastic spray bottle; (2) 6840-01-399-0673-Herbicide Glyphosate, Monsanto Cage 50522, P/N Roundup Pro Dry, unit quantity is box containing 5 packets, each size 1.5 oz.; and (3) 6840-01-356-8893, Herbicide, Glyphosate, Monsato cage 50522, P/N Aquamaster, unit quantity is box containing two 2.5 gallon jugs per box. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year and 4 option years. This is a commercial item. Delivery is 60 DARO; FOB is DESTINATION; INSPECTION/ACCEPTANCE IS DESTINATION. Solicited Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open. For 6840-01-377-7113 Est. Annual Demand Qty (EAD) is 2355 for the base year and 1884 for each option year. The Guaranteed Minimum (GM) is 471 for the base year. NSN 6840-01-399-0673 EAD is 130 for the base year and 104 for each option year. The GM is 26 for the base year. For NSN6840-01-356-8893 the EAD is 43 for the base year and 24 for each option year. The GM is 6 for the base year. The evaluation will be based upon the Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factoras as described in the solicitation.
