The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with Sysmex for Hematology CPRR for VISN 12 at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI. Contractor will provide reagents and ancillary supplies to conduct testing for an interim period of four months to maintain the existing Sysmex Hematology platform utilized to conduct testing while a competitive solicitation is being developed. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106 (1)(b)-Justification and Approval and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted.
