The Veterans Administration San Francisco Medical Center Research and Development Group intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with NanoString Technologies Inc. for the GeoMx DSP System and reagents. This equipment will be utilized to continue to support research projects currently being conducted at the San Francisco VA. The VA requires a high-throughput automated spatial profiling technology for multiplexed measurements of protein and gene expression in morphological context. This system must be able to concomitantly provides superior genetic and morphologic data. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement and who is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller of all the items listed above, may submit a capability statement to the contracting office to the contracting office no later than Friday, October 25, 2019, 4:00 PM EST.
