Funding for this requirement is not currently abailable. This requirement is for PROCESS TO POINT OF AWARD ONLY. Sole Source: This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Air Quality Analytical, Inc., 8310 Cliffsage Avenue, Austin, Tx., 78720-6004. This is for eight (8) each model GASMET DX-4000, FTIR, Porta ble Gas Alalyzers. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304( C ) (1) AND Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source, supplies, services and/or equipment are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services and/ or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 334516, (500 employees). This is a Firm Fixed price supply contract.
