CLIN0003, Part 43731A-020 Additional Length Control Cable (control cabinet to pulser) per ft or 0.3M (Combined with cables in items 1 & 2 to make 6 each 350' Control Cables): 1980 each. CLIN0004, Part 43731A-033 Right-Angle Remote Tubehead Modification: Includes tubehead cable: 6 each. CLIN0005, Part 43731A-034 Additional Length Tubehead Cable: per ft or .3M maximum cable length 100ft 30m: 75 each. CLIN0006, Part 43731A-050 Soft X-ray kit: FOR TUBE IN HEAD. Includes one 130529500 soft x-ray tube and special adapter: 6 each. CLIN0007, FREIGHT (INCLUDING DCAA ACCEPTED G&A BURDENING.)

(vii) Delivery is required by 17 April 2009. Delivery shall be made to Army Research Laboratory, ATTN: US ARMY RESEARCH LABORATORY SHIPPING & RECEIVING BLDG 434 ABERDEEN PROVING GROUNDAPG MD 21005-5001. The FOB point is destination.

(viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The following addenda have been attached to this provision: None
