U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of two (2) each sterilize in-place fermenters for pilot-scale bacteria cultures, vessel constructed from stainless steel, 30 liter total volume, vessel aspect ratio (H:D) 2:1 or 3:1, touch screen interface, Rustin impeller, agitation control covering the range of 100 to 700 RPM, thermal mass flow control with 0.5 to 25 SPM with built in four-gas control (four (4) solenoid valves), Ph via PID control, three (3) each built-in peristaltic pumps, mobile skid, Glycol / chiller heat exchanger designed to remove100 watts / L, final assembly and startup to include system functionality testing, completion of pressure hold test, completing of one (1) successful sterilization cycle and field training.
