INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE POLYMEDCO The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 6), intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Polymedco, Cortlandt Manor, NY. The procurement is a cost per test for reagents, supplies, controls and service in support of VISN 6 labs. The period of performance is 10/1/2017 through 9/30/2018. A one year BPA will be awarded against V797P-6136A. NAICS code 811219 applies to this procurement. The proposed contract action is for service for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The VISN labs are currently using the Polymedco equipment. A full market research and competed solicitation will be conducted at a later date for a future contract. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations.
