This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 0010655169, and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-80. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335999. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified offers' may submit bids. This solicitation will start on Tuesday March 31, 2015 and will end on Friday April 24, 2015 at 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, or as otherwise posted at http://www.fbo.gov. (FedBizOpps.Gov). This requirement is for the purchase of an; Easton 93E 60kVA/48kW, three phase, single input UPS with output 208/120 or an equivalent system and this requirement will also include preventive maintenance services (PMS) visits for one year.

The lowest price technically acceptable source selection process will be followed. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
