The Bureau of Customs and Border Protection has a requirement to procure a Low Temperature Dual Sample Horizontal Dilatometer from Linseis, Princeton, NJ 08550 on a sole source bases. The Dilatometer is unique in that the Linseis dilatometer does not require liquid nitrogen to cool the sample chamber(s) below zero degrees. The requirement will be processed under the authority of 10 USC 2304(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This procurement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. All proposals received by the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government. Any information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
