This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is sole source to DB Control, 1120 Auburn Street, Fremont, CA 94538. This acquisition is for one (1) each DB Control Model db-4100-2640R2, Millimeter Traveling Wave Tube Amplifier. Delivery shall be no later than (90) days after date of order with inspection/acceptance at destination and FOB origin. The provision of FAR 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 applies to this order.
