The US Army C-E LCMC, Acquisition Center Washington intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Campbell Scientific, Inc., Logan, UT 84321, a firm fixed price purchase order for the delivery of seven Windsonic L-10 Sensors (18456-9,) one CR 800 Datalogger (18621-1-NC,) 10 HMP45C-L10 Vaisala Temp/RH Probe (10856-118,) eighteen 20W Regulated Solar Panels (5280,) seven CMP3 Kipp & Zonen Pyranometers with sun shield (18723,) seven CM225 Solar sensor mounting stands (17906,) ten RF310 Midland sd-125 V 2 radios(13553,) two RF310B _SW_MA base Stations(16479-3,) and 12 RF310M-ST_SW_MA RF Modems (16480-7.) The equipment will replace outdated components in a multi-station radio telemetry meteorological data acquisition system. The meteorological system was designed around Campbell Scientifics instruments and all equipment must be compatible with the system off-the-shelf. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1); Only one responsible source and no other suppl ies or services will satisfy Agency requirements. Nevertheless, all responsible sources that provide supporting data to demonstrate they can successfully provide the required equipment may submit a quote to be considered. All responses should be received v ia email within 10 calendar days of the date of this notice. Delivery will be FOB Destination: NVESD, Warehouse, Bldg 335, 5961 Putnam Road, Ft. Belvoir, VA 22060. The delivery schedule shall be 60 days from award date. The anticipated award date is 20 d ays from the date of this notice. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
