This requirement is sole sourced to PerkinElmer Instruments, 710 Bridgeport Avenue, Shelton CT, 06484-4794, due to direct compatibility with the Calorimetry Perkin Elmer 8500 equipment currently in use. Any firms believing that they can provide the Calorimetry Upgrades for the Perkin Elmer 8500 with the above referenced part numbers may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date stated on this notice. It must clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy of the needed material.
