The New Mexico Health Care System (NMVAHCS), 1501 San Pedro Drive SE, Albuquerque, NM intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Accuri Cytomerers. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The contract will provide the C6 Flow Cytometer, to the Research Department located at the NMVAHCS, Albuquerque, NM. The notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interests to the Contracting Officer by e-mail, [email protected] no later than 8/17/2009. A determination by the Government not to complete the action based on a responses is solely within the Governments discretion. Information received will be reviewed for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive proposal.
