This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Air Force Institute for Operational Health, Applied Technology Center (AFIOH/ATC) will procure BioVeris testing reagents for the M-SERIES M1M Systems in direct support of FY07 Modernization Division, Office of the Surgeon General funded project. The testing reagents will be used specifically on the M-SERIES M1M analyzer, which has been chosen by the Air Force to be one of the analyzers listed on the Homeland Defense laboratory Response Team (HLD LRT) allowance standard (886B). The reagents support the Critical Reagents Program (CRP) testing kits. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular http://farsite.hill.af.mil.
