The US Army Contracting Command, APG, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the Warfighter Protection and Aerial Delivery Directorate (WARPAD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) only one responsible source to DASGIP BIOTOOLS, LLC, SHREWSBURY, MA 01545-6204 for an Automated Parallel Bioreactor System.

DASGIP Biotools, LLC is the only source that can provide the system with the unique characteristics, specifically software control, modularity and familiarity that we require.

All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
