This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation is attached. The Network Contracting Office 16 - Oklahoma City is soliciting technically acceptable offers for the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK for an automated immunohistochemical (IHC) stainer instrument and reagents. A reagent usage rental agreement is needed with service included, training, and any consumables necessary for testing. This firm fixed price contract will have a base year with four option years. Please note that the option years are to be exercised at the Government's discretion. Please see attached solicitation for more details. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit competitive offers. Interested persons may submit offers, and all eligible offers received prior to the date listed in FBO will be considered by the Government. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-70.
