The US Army Medical Command Southern Region - East has a requirement for an Annual Maintenance and Service Agreement for a Trima 81000 Accel Automated Blood Collection System and a Trima Seal Safe Automated Blood Collection System. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. However, companies that can provide an equal product MUST SUBMIT THEIR TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES TO INCLUDE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THEIR PRODUCT, PAST PERFORMANCE INFORMATION, PRICE, DELIVERY TIME AND TECHNICAL/MEDICAL SUPPORT within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives from Eisenhower Army Medical Center for consideration for future requirements. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
