NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE-SOURCE UNDER FAR 6.302-1 The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office, intends to award a firm fixed price supply contract to FIELD DATA SOLUTIONS, INC. (doing business as ELECTRONIC DATA SOLUTIONS) for Allegro MX 128 MB/2GB Color Displays with Blue Tooth Data Records and accessories, which includes Alkaline Battery Holders, GPS Expansion Pods, Allegro Nylon Field Carrying Cases, and Premium Screen Protectors, as the only responsible source. The required equipment must be compatible with Allegro equipment that is currently being used by the Government, which are proprietary and distributed by a single source.
