Item Description: A gyroscopic instrument that is used in aircraft to provide a visual indication of the aircraft heading. The heading display is a calibrated dial that rotates relative to a fixed index.

Solicitation is for 1 year and four, one year options. Total contract length will be five years.
Delivery: 2 per month, 30 Days ARO
Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement.
The qualification requirements for this item were established prior to 19 Oct 1984 and the requirements of FAR 9.202(A) do not apply.
The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 22 Feb 2005.
The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 22 Mar 2005.
The anticipated award date will be May 2005.
Written and electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation.
