MODIFICATION: FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION APPLIES.This solicitation will contain one NSN for an GYROSCOPE, SUBASSEMBLY used on the AIRCRAFT, TOMCAT F-14, HELICOPTER, SEA KING H-3, SEA KNIGHT H-46, CH-53A/D/E, LAMPS MARK III, SH-60B, MH-53E, USCG SEARCH AND RESCUE, HH-60J, and the SEAHAWK H-60. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (EAQ) are as follows: NSN 6615-00-859-8717; Base Year EAQ: 168 each, Option Year EAQ: 168 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, 136 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
