This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Thermo Environmental Instruments Inc. is the only known company to supply a 6-Stage Microbial (Viable) Sampler (part number 10-800) that includes the following accessories. " 6 aluminum states " 7 rubber o rings " Set of 12 glass Petri dishes with aluminum covers " 115 v pump/motor with carrying case The government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR part 12. The NAICS code is 334519 with a size standard of 500.
