This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is sole source to Hypres, Inc., 175 Clearbrook Road, Elmsford, N.Y. 10523. This acquisition is for (1) each 10 Volt Voltage Standard Chip. Delivery shall be no later th an (260) days after date of order with inspection/acceptance at origin and FOB destination. The provision of FAR 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 applies to this order.
