Zablocki VA Hospital, Milwaukee, WI. and Edward J. Hines Jr VA Hospital, Hines, IL. Manufacturer of the reagents, instrumentation, and associated equipment is Sebia. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 8.405-6 Limited Source Justification Approval and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements.
