The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 anticipates awarding sole source IDIQ to Roche Diagnostics for the procurement of reagents and supplies for use on the Ventana Benchmark system that is currently in use by the Histology Lab at the VA Medical Center located in Cincinnati, OH. Ventana Roche Medical Systems is the sole proprietary manufacturer and domestic distributor for the Benchmark kits and materials for the Ventana system. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6.
