The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16) intends to issue and award a sole source firm fixed price single award type contract to SEBIA INCORPORATED, located at 1705 Corporate Drive, Suite 400, Norcross, GA 30093, for various types of reagents needed for electrophoresis and immunofixation tests in General Chemistry which are used with the Sebia Capillary 2 and Hydrasys instruments at the Michael E DeBakey Medical Center (MEDVAMC). It has been determined that SEBIA INCORPORATED is the one , responsible source who can provide this requirement to the MEDVAMC in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements .
