The VISN-12 Veterans Health Administration Network Contracting Office intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Base plus one year option year contract to Sebia, Inc. 1705 Corporate Dr. STE 400, Norcross, GA 30093 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This effort will take place from January 1st, 2024 until December 31st, 2025 with all options. The requirement being sole sourced is for Electrophoresis and Immunofixation reagents, consumable supplies, and preventative maintenance of existing Sebia brand equipment to support mission accomplishment for the VISN-12 VHA Medical Centers (Edward Hines Jr. and Clement J. Zablocki VAMC). The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 325413 In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing. Size Standard is 1,250 Employees.
