NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT SOLE SOURCE- Roche Diagnostics Corp. Point-of-care (POC) Coagulation Testing Response Due Date: March 25, by 4:30PM (EST) Requirement: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 1, Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service (P&LMS) requires a 5-Year cost per test BPA for the Roche Diagnostics Corp. Point-of-care (POC) coagulation testing. This shall include meters that are already in place, as well as all necessary supplies, reagents, network connection, service, maintenance, and parts needed to produce a patient result at a cost per test (CPT) price. Contractor shall provide the Roche Diagnostics Corp. Point-of-care (POC) Coagulation Testing and all necessary pieces. Period of Performance: 05/1/2025 - 4/30/2030 The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The intent is to procure the referenced services on a sole source basis. No solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this requirement is 325413. All responsible sources that feel they should be considered qualified to provide the above-mentioned products may submit a response to this notice (by the response due date shown above) to [email protected]. The information provided shall include detailed (and relevant) documentation to allow the government to perform adequate market research and make a proper determination. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.
