NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, VA 23667, intends to award a sole source agreement/contract to Streck Labs Inc. for Quality Control of Flow Cytometry for Richmond VAMC. Reagents and supplies for use with existing instrumentation. The procurement of consumables for the quality control of antibodies used in the diagnosis of leukemia and lymphoma. Control material should provide the most diverse amount of control reactivity per product. Also, rare occurrence antibody controls should be available. Streck, Inc. offers the most comprehensive product line to satisfy all quality control needs and provides interlaboratory QC evaluations necessary to meet regulatory standards for which the Government intends to solicit from only one source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339112 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement by submitting such information by 11:00 A.M., EST. on 07 September 2021.
