This is a notice of contract action (NOCA). The purpose of this NOCA is to notify industry of the VA s intent of contact action, using other than competitive procedures for sole source awards to verified SDVOSB concerns, as authorized by VAAR 819.7007. Notice of contract action: Miami Healthcare System Miami VA Contracting intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract using other-than competitive procedures to Bravo, Inc for the purchase of Topcon TRC-50DX with ICG retinal camera system used to capture retinal images including color, red free, fluorescein angiography, fundus auto fluorescein and indocyanine green angiography. Estimated value of this acquisition is $73,352.00. Estimated award date is on or before June 24, 2021. This is not a solicitation for quotes. Responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement/quote information which shall be considered by the agency but shall in no way bind the agency. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this NOCA or any follow-up information requests. All information shall be in writing, sent via email.
