Handheld Tonometers GENERAL: The VA s Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Lakeland, FL located at 2080 Meadowbrook Park Blvd, Lakeland, FL (part of the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital Network, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL), has a requirement for tonometers at the newly built Lakeland CBOC facility. The tonometers will be used to expand tele-eye services within the Telehealth Clinic. BACKGROUND: The current Lakeland VA CBOCs will be combining into one new facility and will be expanding Telehealth Services to better serve the local veteran community. The procurement of the item listed below and in this package is required for the activation of the new facility. PHYSICAL, FUNCTIONAL AND PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS: Equipment must have the physical characteristics to enable the government to perform the capabilities: iCare ic100, Model TA011 (brand name or equal equipment that meets or exceed salient characteristics) Lightweight, portable, battery-operated handheld device. Suitable for all patients. Able to provide this test to patients in any position.
