PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Melling LLC (DBA Melling Medical). The procurement will result in a purchase order for an Oculus Pentacam AXL Anterior Segment Tomography Unit for the Optometry Department for supplies and services currently in use at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System. The solicitation for this action will be posted to Beta.SAM.gov, and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
