PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ #36C77621Q0397 BROWNSBURG PACKAGE 219 AND TERRE HAUTE PACKAGE 173 July 7, 2021 The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Health Indiana (VHI) has a requirement for the procurement of Topcon Digital Fundus Tele-Retinal Cameras Brand Name or Equal as part of the initial outfitting of the newly outpatient clinics in Brownsburg and Terre Haute. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Small Business (SB) concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1). Please find attached the final Statement of Work (SOW), the Price Schedule for Completion, the Delivery Schedule, Buy American Certificate for Completion, and the 6550 for Completion.
